Customers are responsible for any customs charges, import fees and taxes either at checkout or when your item arrives.

We can only ship an order to the address that was provided during checkout. 

If the order has not yet shipped, you can request to cancel your order and re-purchase again with the correct address on file. 

We cannot guarantee that a cancellation request will be fulfilled before shipment, due to the quick preparation and shipment of orders.

Please contact us through your order once you have received your package and make sure to provide us with the following information:

If Unopened:

  1. Photos of all angles of the packaging, clearly showing any labels and all sides.

If Opened:

  1. Photos of all angles of the packaging, clearly showing any labels and all sides.
  2. Photos of all angles of the item received, clearly showing any labels and all sides.

** If the item has a Serial Number or IMEI, please include this in the photos / your message as well **

Once we receive your message (including the requested photos) we will provide you with return instruction and a FREE prepaid return shipping label.

Once your payment is verified by the marketplace, your order information is sent to our team. 

We then prepare, package, and ship your order within 24-48 business hours!

You will be notified either through your order on the marketplace, or to your email once the tracking for your order is available.

** Orders placed after 1:00 PM est. will be shipped the next day **

Please expect the following:

  • FedEx : 1 - 5 business days
  • UPS :  1 - 5 business days
  • DHL : 2-3 days
