How is a refurbished product different from a new product?

A refurbished product is pre-owned, while a new product has never been used. 

Refurbished products are carefully inspected, repaired, and restored to a working condition.

New products are brand new and unused.

Our team is dedicated to rigorous testing and refurbishment processes to ensure each product meets the required standards.

What kind of refurbishment process do your products go through?

STEP 1 : Inspection & Testing
The first step is to inspect and test the device to identify any issues that need to be addressed. This involves checking the device for physical damage, testing its performance using the Phonecheck application, and verifying that all of its features are functioning correctly.

STEP 2 : Cleaning & Refurbishment
After identifying any issues, all passed devices are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected to remove any dirt, grime, or germs that may be present. Once cleaned the devices go through the grading procedure.

STEP 3 : Quality Control
To ensure that each device we sell is of the highest quality and meets our customers' expectations, we have in place a double quality control process on each step.

Can you send the image of the product before shipping it?

Unfortunately we do not have access to the individual items to provide you with photos at this time. 

However, I can assure you that your item will arrive to you in the condition described on the product page! 

Please take a look at the condition specifications for your desired item on the product page to get the best idea of the physical condition your item will arrive in.

Since this phone is unlocked, can I use it outside of the US?

While the phone is unlocked, some carriers in different countries might not be able to provide you service with this specific phone model.

We would always recommend for you to reach out directly to your phone provider, to see if they will be able to accept this refurbished item on their plan. 

Please be mindful, due to security reasons we are not able to provide any Serial Numbers or IMEI numbers until your purchased item is delivered to and received by you.

Are the accessories included with my order going to be genuine Apple branded accessories, or generic accessories?

For Refurbished Items:

We cannot guarantee if the accessories included in your order will be genuine Apple brand accessories, or a generic brand. 

With our Refurbished Items, you will most likely receive generic brand accessories with your order. 

Please find comfort in knowing that whether you receive Apple brand accessories or generic brand accessories, they will be compatible with your item and fully functional!

Will my order come in the original packaging or generic packaging?

Our refurbished products will be delivered in generic packaging, unless specified otherwise on the product page.

Can you confirm the OS of the device that I will receive?

Unfortunately, we are unable to confirm the OS that will be on your purchased device.

However, you are able to see this OS information once your item is delivered to you!

Can you please send me a free product for an online review?

We really do appreciate your offers to review our products and to help our business grow online! 

Although this offer is enticing, we are unable to facilitate your request.

We do not provide free products for review at this time, however you are more than welcome to visit our online stores and purchase an item for review.

If we do open up these types of collaborations, we will of course update you.

Can I use or provide a PayPal account not under my name?

Our Company, BuySPRY, does not handle any payment processes.

Do you provide price matching if the item I purchased goes on sale afterwards?

Our price match policy applies exclusively to BuySPRY products and is valid for a period of 14 days starting from the date of purchase.

How can I disconnect my iCloud on my device when it is not turning on?

You can absolutely still disconnect your item from your iCloud even if it is not powering on.

Please use a computer, and follow the below instruction for a successful removal of your item from your iCloud account:

  1. Go to the iCloud.com/find/ website on any server or browser on your computer.
  2. Click the All Devices tab at the top of the page.
  3. Select the device you want to REMOVE.
    ** DO NOT CLICK "DELETE DEVICE". THIS WILL NOT COMPLETE THE PROCESS.

Click Remove from Account.

How can I locate IMEI on my iPhone?

To find your IMEI on your iPhone:

  1. Open the "Settings" app on your iPhone.
  2. Tap on "General."
  3. Select "About."
  4. Scroll down and look for the "IMEI" number.

You can also find the IMEI on the sticker on the side of the box of your device, or on the sticker placed on the back of your phone.

How can I locate the Serial Number on my Apple Watch?

To find your Serial Number on your Apple Watch:

  1. Remove the bands from your Apple Watch.
  2. In the small area where the bands meet the watch, the Serial Number is inscribed.

You can also find the Serial Number on the sticker on the side of the box of your device, or on the sticker placed on the back of your Apple Watch.

How can I locate the Serial Number on my Macbook?

To find your Serial Number on your MacBook:

  1. Click on the Apple menu in the top-left corner of the screen.
  2. Select "About This Mac"
  3. In the new window, click on the "Overview" tab.
    You are now able to view the serial number.
