What is the warranty period for my device?

Each marketplace has a specific warranty period designated for your order!

What is covered under our warranty?

Our BuySPRY warranty covers any hardware issues that you are experiencing with your device. 

For any software concerns, we would strongly recommend troubleshooting with our team as most software concerns can be improved or resolved.

What is not covered in the warranty?

Physical damage such as cracks, drops, water damage, tampering and anything caused by the user will not be covered under our warranty and our team will no longer be able to service the item or the order.

Please note, we do have a complimentary 72-hour window to ensure coverage from the date of delivery.

Any physical damage occurring thereafter is not included in your warranty.

Can I purchase an extended warranty for my item?

Please be mindful that BuySPRY does not offer any extended warranties.

However, there are extended warranty programs offered through the marketplace, even after your item is purchased!

Please reach out directly to the marketplace where you purchased your item, and work with the marketplace support team to find the best extended warranty for your item. 

Additionally, you can look online for alternate extended warranty companies that can assist you with this request.

How do I use the extended warranty that I purchased?

Since the extended warranty was not purchased through BuySPRY, we would recommend for you to get into contact with the marketplace directly, or the Company who offered the extended warranty. 

Either party would be able to give you more information on how to utilize the extended warranty that you have purchased for your order!
